The Michigan Ross Society of Women in Finance (SWF) is a community-driven club dedicated to fostering a collaborative environment centered on shared aspirations and empowering women to thrive in the finance sector. Our dual mission entails facilitating members' participation in diversity recruitment processes and offering guidance before and after Och Treks. Supported by our Senior Advisors, SWF provides all aspects of professional development, encompassing investment strategy, member education, and insights from professionals.

President

Jayna is a junior from Farmington Hills, Michigan, pursuing a BBA with a minor in Statistics. This past summer, she worked at FTI Consulting as a Summer Intern and will be joining Citibank as an Investment Banking intern next year. Outside of school and work, Jayna loves to dance and is involved in several dance groups on campus. In her free time, she enjoys thoughtful conversations with friends, traveling, and exploring new cafes.

Sadhana is a junior from Canton, Michigan, pursuing a BBA with a minor in Computer Science. This past summer, she interned in Auto Finance at Ally Financial, where she worked on go-to-market strategy and asset-backed securities (ABS) research. Outside of school, she is involved in first-generation mentorship, the Ross Behavioral lab, as well as finance and accounting organizations on campus. In her free time, she loves discovering new food spots, listening to music, and traveling.

Meghna is a rising junior from Indianapolis, Indiana, pursuing a BBA with a minor in Quantitative Methods in the Social Sciences. This past summer, she participated in Bridgeway Advisors' Summer Investment Banking Internship Program and will be joining Morgan Stanley in New York as a Summer Risk Analyst next year. On campus, Meghna is involved in Michigan Healthcare Business Club, Michigan POPS Orchestra, and is an RA in Markley. In her free time, she enjoys playing the violin, traveling, and spending time with friends.

Sydney is a junior from Cassopolis, Michigan, pursuing a BBA. This past summer she worked at 1st Source Bank as a summer intern and is now aiming to land a commercial banking position for next summer. When she's not focused on school or work, Sydney enjoys discovering new places and activities, going on long walks with friends, and playing golf.

Priyal is a junior from Atlanta, Georgia, pursuing a BBA with a minor in Education. This past summer, she worked at Salesforce as a Product Management Intern. Outside of her professional life, Priyal has been learning Kathak dance for over a decade, and she's helped organize dance programs across campus. In her free time, she loves reading mystery novels, trying new dessert spots with friends, and scuba diving wherever she travels.

When she has free time, Sofia loves catching up with friends, going on hikes/walks, watching television, or reading.

Mia is a rising senior from Detroit, Michigan, and is a double major in Economics and Sociology: Law, Justice, and Social Change on the pre-law track. This summer, she started her new promotion as Team Lead Office Assistant for the LSA Office of the Dean. On campus, Mia is involved in La Casa Leadership Academy, SOUL, and the Multicultural Economics Coalition. In her free time, she loves shopping, hanging out with friends, traveling, and is interested in anything true crime.
